Managing the entire Accounts & Finance Department. Analysis and timely submission of Finalization reports like Balance Sheet /P&L account / Trial Balance. Cost valuation / Tax analysis & various MIS reports compatible with SAP system Year end finalization i.e. Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts to be submitted Quarterly Balance Sheet to be submitted after each quarter end. Manage corporate Taxation & monitoring further scope and Tax Planning. Managing the compliance of all Banking and related legal issues. Control mechanism through SAP over General Accounting & Cost systems. All statutory compliances to be done within time frame Managing all Audit / all Taxation related work within time frame Periodical Internal Audit and Ledger scrutiny to be done Proper Delegation / Monitoring / Reporting / Training of the Accounts department. Ensure all staff below line is well equipped with SAP functionality. To work harmoniously & in co-ordination with all HOD's across departments To ensure & monitor the smooth functioning of online accounting functions & co-ordination with factory and other locations.
