About the Role

We are seeking a Business Head – Centrix Digital to lead our digital vertical and drive revenue growth from digital platforms. The role will be responsible for defining business strategy, overseeing product-market fit, driving user acquisition and retention, and ensuring financial performance of the digital business. This is a leadership role with full P&L ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute business strategy in line with company growth objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and digital innovations.
• Define and oversee product roadmaps in collaboration with product & technology teams.

Business Development & Growth

• Drive domestic and international revenue growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Product & Market Strategy

• Ensure strong product–market fit and customer value proposition.
• Guide UI/UX design, user journeys, and platform analytics to maximize engagement.
• Lead go-to-market strategy, including positioning, pricing, and customer segmentation.
• Analyze user feedback and market insights to continuously refine offerings.
• Oversee integrations (API, SDK, third-party tools) and derive pricing models.

Digital Marketing & User Growth

• Lead digital marketing across SEO, paid campaigns, and social media.
• Build effective lead funnels, driving users through onboarding → activation → retention.
• Drive user engagement and reactivation strategies across platforms.

Team Leadership & Culture

• Lead cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, operations).
• Set performance goals and foster a culture of learning and innovation.

Financial Management

• Own the P&L for the digital vertical.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Track key financial metrics (CAC, ARPU, LTV, unit economics).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (engineering/technology background preferred).
• 10+ years’ experience in senior business leadership, ideally in a digital product/tech company.
• Proven track record of scaling digital products and managing P&L.
• Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle, GTM strategies, SDLC, and market trends.
• Experience in building partnerships and negotiating high-value business deals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
