Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef specializing in Indian cuisine to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will oversee menu planning, food preparation, kitchen staff management, and ensure high culinary standards while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute authentic Indian menus, including regional specialties.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain quality, consistency, and hygiene.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Innovate seasonal or special menus to attract customers.
• Monitor food presentation and taste before serving.
• Coordinate with management on promotions and events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef specializing in Indian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of spices, cooking techniques, and regional dishes of India.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Understanding of kitchen budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience:

• Culinary degree/diploma preferred, or equivalent professional training.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience.
