About Us:

Franchisee Development Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drive franchise expansion across target markets.
  • Generate and qualify leads for potential franchise partners.
  • Evaluate applicants, negotiate agreements, and onboard franchisees.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support franchisees in setup, training, and marketing.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and ensure brand standards.
  • Spearhead franchisee requirements and act as a bridge with Head Office for smooth operations.
  • Achieve franchise sales and expansion targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business/Marketing/Hospitality.
  • 4–7 years’ experience in franchise sales / business development (F&B/retail preferred).
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Financial acumen to evaluate business models.
  • Willingness to travel.
