The Franchise Development Manager is responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding potential investors and entrepreneurs to join the Naturals Salon network as franchise partners. The role involves lead generation, investor meetings, business presentations, and guiding prospects through the entire franchise acquisition process — from initial inquiry to salon launch — ensuring business expansion in line with company objectives.
