The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating leads for potential franchisees, conducting franchise sales, developing and implementing business plans for franchise growth, and providing necessary training to franchisees. Additionally, the role involves managing franchise relationships and ensuring the success and expansion of the franchise network. Qualifications Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising Skills in Business Planning and Lead Generation Ability to provide Training to franchisees and staff Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in sales and business development Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
