Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day café operations including staffing, inventory, and service quality.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise café staff to maintain service excellence.
  • Monitor food and beverage preparation to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely orders.
  • Implement cost control measures and meet sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal standards.
  • Develop promotions and strategies to increase footfall and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Café Manager or similar role in F&B.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting, POS systems, and sales reporting.
  • Passion for customer service and hospitality.

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in café/restaurant management
