As we grow, we aim to connect communities through the flavors of our exceptional coffee across India. Role Description We are seeking a dedicated full-time Store Manager for our Hyderabad location. This on-site role includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming environment for all patrons. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Effective Communication skills Experience in Store Management Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies Leadership and team management abilities Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Previous experience in the coffee industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
