Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Manager located in Hyderabad. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, handling inventory, and maintaining the quality of food and beverages. Additional responsibilities include managing the overall sales and profitability of the cafe, creating a welcoming environment for customers, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Food & Beverage and Food Service skills
• Experience in Sales and management
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
