Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Cafe Manager at one of ChaiKaapi's outlets. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff scheduling, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, managing vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards, handling customer inquiries, and implementing strategies to optimize sales and customer satisfaction. The role also involves training team members, monitoring performance, and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, including staff training and performance monitoring.
• Customer service, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in inventory management, vendor coordination, and quality assurance processes.
• Knowledge of hospitality or food & beverage operations and safety regulations.
• Ability to analyze sales data, coordinate scheduling, and implement sales growth strategies.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role and a degree in hospitality management or related field are an advantage.
