We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive – Property Acquisition

Location:

Salary - 10Lac +Variable

Chai Kaapi is expanding, and we’re looking for proactive Business Development Executives to join our Property Acquisition team. If you have a knack for finding the perfect spot and enjoy being on the move, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire properties for new outlets through market research, networking, and field visits.
• Build relationships with property owners, brokers, and local authorities.
• Conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and finalize property agreements.
• Maintain property acquisition reports and provide regular updates to the management team.

• Mandatory intercity and intracity travel. Travel expenses will be provided by the company.

Who Should Apply:

• Proven experience in property acquisition, real estate, or business development roles.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable with frequent travel for business purposes.
