Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Cafe Manager. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring smooth food and beverage service. Tasks include optimizing workflows, and maintaining inventory and creating good customer experience.All while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client relationships and ensure a positive guest experience.

Proficiency in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations to maintain quality and ensure efficient service.

Familiarity with Japanese cuisine and matcha products is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges positively.

Previous management experience within the food and beverage industry is strongly preferred.
