As a Store Manager / Shift Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our store—leading teams, delighting customers, and ensuring every experience is steeped in warmth and excellence. 🔑 Key Responsibilities 👋 Customer Experience – Greet, assist, and engage customers with a smile. ☕Food Mastery – Prepare and serve high-quality food items as per brand standards. 💸 Operations & Billing – Handle POS, cash management, and daily reconciliations. 📦 Inventory & Stock Control – Monitor supplies, minimize waste, and ensure availability. 🧹 Store Hygiene – Maintain impeccable cleanliness and food safety practices. 👥 Team Support – Train, motivate, and guide team members to meet store goals. 📋 Compliance – Adhere to SOPs, safety protocols, and company policies. 🧠 What We’re Looking For ✅ Education: 12th Pass / Diploma (Hotel Management preferred). ✅ Experience: 1+ years in QSR/F&B brands (mandatory). ✅ Flexibility: Comfortable with rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays. ✅ Attitude: Positive, proactive, and passionate about customer service.
