Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Cafe Manager located to lead the pre-opening setup and daily operations of the new branch in Varkala. The role requires hands-on leadership, team management, and strong customer service skills.

Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in café, bakery, or QSR management

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage café setup, vendor coordination, and launch activities
• Recruit and train team (barista, helper, cleaner, driver)
• Oversee daily operations, cash handling, and stock control
• Maintain hygiene and service standards
• Drive sales, community engagement, and customer satisfaction
