Cafe Manager

Staff and operations management

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, including baristas and waitstaff.
• Create work schedules and assign daily tasks.
• Ensure all employees follow cafe policies and procedures.
• Conduct staff meetings and performance assessments.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.

Financial and inventory management

• Monitor and manage budgets, including tracking daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses.
• Order supplies and manage inventory to ensure adequate stock.
• Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and supplies.
• Develop marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales.

Food, cleanliness, and safety

• Ensure the cafe is clean, organized, and safe for both customers and staff.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Oversee the maintenance of all equipment, such as coffee machines.
• Plan menus and food service, potentially adding new items based on trends or customer preferences.

Customer experience

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
• Handle customer feedback and use it to make business improvements.

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
