Job Description

Café Manager Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day café operations. Create schedules for the barista, wait staff, and kitchen teams. Hire, onboard, and train new staff on drink preparation and equipment use. Coordinate with vendors and order supplies (e.g., cups, coffee, milk). Monitor daily expenses and revenues and maintain accurate financial records. Add new menu items based on customer preferences and seasonality. Provide guidance to staff on resolving customer issues and delivering excellent service. Ensure all areas of the café are clean and tidy. Requirements: Minimum 4-7 years of work experience as a Café Manager, Barista, or Restaurant Manager. Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines. Good math and communication skills. Flexible to work during all café hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong leadership skills and a customer service-oriented attitude. Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a Bachelor's degree.
