Cafe Manager

We are looking for a Cafe Manager who want to prove his Skills.
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Cafe Manager to lead and manage the overall operations of our café. The selected candidate will be expected to run the café in line with the founders’ expectations, ensuring profitability, strong brand reputation, and consistent food quality. This role requires a proactive leader with strong operational and people-management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional Course which covers Hospitality Management, Kitchen Operations, or Food & Beverage Operations
• Minimum 2 years of industry exposure
• Prior experience in managing a café or restaurant is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end daily café operations
• Plan and manage menus in coordination with kitchen operations
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining cost control
• Handle hiring, training, and supervision of café staff
• Plan and execute basic marketing and promotional initiatives
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, hygiene, and service standards
• Maintain the café’s reputation and customer satisfaction
• Work proactively and submit regular performance and operational reports to the founders

Key Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of menu planning, revenue management, and café operations
• Experience in staff management and team leadership
• Basic understanding of marketing and customer engagement
• Ability to take ownership and work independently
• Good communication and reporting skills

Selection Process

• Shortlisted candidates will be invited do a food trial .
• Candidates must be willing to demonstrate operational and managerial capability during the trial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
