Head Chef

As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, including but not limited to the following:

• Leading the culinary team, ensuring efficient kitchen operation, and maintaining a high standard of food quality.

• Developing and designing menus that reflect the vision and standards of the establishment.

• Managing food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation.

• Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to meet budget goals.

• Ensuring all food safety, health, and sanitation standards are adhered to in the kitchen.

• Training, mentoring, and motivating kitchen staff, while fostering a collaborative and professional working environment.

• Implementing kitchen procedures to maximize productivity, quality, and cleanliness.

• Collaborating with the management team to implement promotional events, special menus, and seasonal offerings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
