Experience in executing Risk studies, including QRA, FERA, and EERA, and risk-based design including ALARP demonstration. Experience in Loss Prevention design including, but not limited to, Active and Passive Fire Protection, Blast Protection, F&G Systems, Hazardous Area Classification, and development of design drawings Experience in handling Front-End Conceptual studies, Detailed Design, Operational support, and decommissioning activities are preferred. Oversee and manage a team of junior engineers on each study. Responsible for maintaining client interface during project execution. Coordinate external interfaces with the client, and internal interfaces with the project management team, construction, engineering, and commissioning disciplines. Provide necessary inputs required for proposal tendering. Liaise with Engineering disciplines, procurement, cost estimation for the necessary inputs required for Proposal works. Liaise with other operating centers (within country/ outside country) for delivery of projects while working on projects executed through multicenter. The MPS Process Engineering Team Lead is responsible for producing the Process Engineering deliverables required for a project or proposal and will carry the responsibilities of the MPS Process Engineer. At the same time, the MPS Process Engineering Team Lead is responsible for managing and developing a team of GET / Junior Process Engineers as part of the MPS Process Engineering Team. Develop, configure and optimize process schemes throughout the facility, considering inputs from clients, products specifications, and cost of solution.
