3 - 5 Years for Process Safety Engineer (Onsite & Offshore) of Safety engineering experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical industry, FPSO.
Minimum 3 years' dedicated experience in a Process Safety Engineering field of HAZOP, Bowtie, PSM etc. Established capability to lead engineering team at home office and co-ordination with site office and Client. Development, revalidation, improvement of safety assessments in the form of Bowtie Risk Assessments ('Bowties') for Gas fractionation plant, refinery units and tank farm complex. A demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities while maintaining key stakeholder interests and relationships. Experience developing plant documentation for Operations Personnel e.g. SOPs, Checklists, Training Material Project management and administration ability Strong communication skills - written and verbal Competent on issues of Refinery, Petrochemical plants, LPG & LNG Storage & Treatment facility, FPSO offshore production facilities, high pressure gas processing systems and oil/water/gas separation facilities. Proposal estimation for Process Safety Part, Participate in Kick-off Meeting, Project management and control procedures, Process Safety workflow and interdisciplinary co-ordination Process Safety Deliverables for Conceptual, FEED and EPCM projects, Hazardous/Electrical area classification schedule & drawing, Plot Plan and Equipment Layout optimization, Preparation of Escape route and safety equipment layout, Preparation of fireproofing schedule and drawing Preparation of HSE Design/Process safety basis of design/Philosophies HAZOP, HAZID, PHA, SIL, QRA, ENVID, FERA, EERA, ALARP, 3-D model review - co-ordination with consultant and workshop participation. Conducting Process Safety Audits, Develop and implement Process Safety Concepts Conversant with the Engineering Stds such as NORSOK and DNVGL-OS, API, NFPA, ASME, BS / EN etc. and Client Stds such as ExxonMobil, Santos, SHELL, NMA and DNV Class rules etc. in oil & gas industry Ensure quality by adherence to company's quality document and regular check of work done by juniors Complete, review and supervise completion of the following: Formal sign-off of the Bowtie in the database system through work flowing of a Bowtie Report Workshopping the Bowtie with operations, maintenance, and engineering personnel who support the operating facility to verify the inputs used to prepare the Bowtie are accurate Completion of site checks where required and feasible, and occasional travel to plants Safety design for various major Refinery and Petrochemical Units and various vendor packages, Utility systems Process safety design for Production system such as crude oil, produced water treatment, water injection, condensate treatment Perform inter-discipline squad checks, Site surveys, Collection of data from site, Site pre-commissioning activities and engineering support Deal with process licensors, vendor and lead the process review / discussion with Clients as required. Participate in Design Review, 3D Model, P&IDs, HAZID/HAZOP/SIL/LOPA/Bow-Tie Analysis, PHSER/QRA/Dispersion Studies & act as Scribe when required
