LTTS India Vadodara Job Description Automotive Body/Cabin Design (Interior & Exterior Trims): Experienced in Automotive Design & Development of Trucks Cabin with Sound knowledge of plastics product design & Idea about Sheetmetal part design. 4 to 7 years of experience in designing automotive body components. To investigate for developing cab and related parts and components Will have to create technical solutions to drive the project. Design Considering the Package, master sections, styling, vehicle regulation & performance. Experienced in Design & Development of IP, Storage, headliner, storage, console from the concept to mass production Design. Design Considering the Package, master sections, styling, vehicle regulation & performance. Good knowledge in Interior fittings, Occupant safety regulation 3D & 2D experience in Creo/Catia with good Surface modelling skills. Need to understand the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) & DFA Good plastic product design knowledge and different method of plastics manufacturing. Intermediate checking with cross functional team and check Module level Communication with CFT members, understand the design modification & communication with offshore team onsite Tool or mould Design Knowledge and/or experience will be preferred. Capable of offering various concept designs and solutions to the design problems by considering DFM/DFA principles. Knowledge of PDM/PLM software like Windchill & Kola will be preferred. Create Engineering drawings, technical requirements, product structure and release them to production. Basic knowledge in GD&T and should be able to apply them in drawings. Mandatory Skill: Automotive body design, plastic product design, Job Requirement DFM, DFA, Automotive Plastic component, Trims, Interior and Exterior Component, · Experienced in Design & Development of IP, Storage, headliner, storage, console from the concept to mass production Design.
