Safety Trainer - Patna - GO/JC/1268/2025

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety training sessions for employees and clients on various safety topics such as Health and Safety, Industrial Safety, and Environment Health and Safety (EHS).
• Develop and implement safety training programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement EHS policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on EHS implementation and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in safety training and EHS.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a related field, with a minimum of 2 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven experience in safety training, client handholding, or EHS implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety, Industrial Safety, and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) principles and practices.
• Experience with safety audits, risk assessments, HAZID, HAZOP, and fire and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
