Participate in audits as required and perform necessary follow-up to close actions and observation points; Support continuous improvement exercises by developing and/or participating in lessons learnt meetings and documentation Lead efforts to identify, quantify, and mitigate risks in subsea operations. Perform risk assessments, HAZID's and HAZOP's as required to properly manage identified risks. Report all near miss and incidents and participate in incident investigation and implementation of recommendations. Prepare reports to capture all subsea operations activities, studies, innovations and production status.
