Key Accountabilities Consulting Project Delivery – Primary Focus Area Create value for clients; frame the problem, develop hypotheses, design the interventions, and work with client counterparts to convert them into executable actions. People development is at the core of our career development process and will carry higher significance for more experienced applicants Job Requirements Knowledge, Educational Qualification, Skills and Experience Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering followed by a Masters in Engineering or MBA will be an advantage 15+ years of overall experience, including: 5 - 8 years of Operations Risk Management (ORM) experience, preferably with any reputed EHS Risk management consulting firm Specifics: Broad understanding of ORM and how different management and operations elements are linked together Strong knowledge and practical experience in application / facilitation of a wide range of risk analysis and risk management techniques Well versed in Workplace Safety, managing and implementing high risk activity standards, working with people across levels, have a deep understanding of concepts around mind-sets and behavior and culture transformation Strong background and knowledge of Process Safety Management elements including Process Technology, PHA techniques like HAZOP, Consequence Analysis, QRA, LOPA, SIL, Facility Siting etc. Additional knowledge of Operating Procedures & Safe Work Practices, Management of Change (Technology, Facility & People), Mechanical Integrity & Quality Assurance, Emergency Response & Contingency Planning, PSM Audits, PSM Incident Investigation etc. is desired Ability to effectively deliver training and coaching sessions to senior executives and influence them Experience along the entire lifecycle of an asset, from concept, design/build, operations/maintenance, modification and asset retirement. 7+ years of experience in an operating Line Function (O&M, Technical Services, R&D etc. preferred) or EHS role within manufacturing operations in Industrial sectors like Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Cement, Mining & Metals, Infrastructure etc. Operational and commercial due diligence experience will be to an advantage Skilled in analytical problem-solving, well-developed Excel, Analytical and Modelling skills Skilled in executive communication, using data to narrate a compelling story on PowerPoint; Ability with other visualization tools such as Tableau a plus Executive gravitas, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to impactfully interact with clients at all levels Fluency in both written and spoken English with additional local Indian languages Ability to travel up to 75% of the time Location: PAN India
