Job Description

As a Process Safety Professional at our fast-growing Management Consulting business, your role will involve a combination of operations and consulting expertise in high-hazard industries. You will work closely with subject matter experts and team members to design and implement practical solutions that enhance safety and operational reliability. Your key responsibilities will include: - Framing safety challenges, conducting risk analyses, and developing interventions to support client outcomes - Leading the implementation and improvement of Process Safety Management elements such as Process Safety Information, Process Hazards Analysis, Management of Change, Asset Integrity, and Emergency Response Planning - Identifying process safety opportunities during engagements and supporting business development teams - Developing differentiated perspectives and articles on process safety to position our company as a thought leader - Inspiring, coaching, and motivating team members and client stakeholders to drive safety culture transformation Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical preferred), Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage - 20+ years of experience in high-hazard industries with knowledge of the latest trends in Process Safety Management and Digitalization - Significant leadership experience in Process Safety Management or consulting within industries like Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Refining, Pharmaceuticals, Metals & Mining - Deep understanding of Process Safety Management elements and experience in operations risk management consulting - Strong analytical problem-solving skills with advanced Excel capabilities and executive communication skills - Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one Regional Indian Language - Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time This is an excellent opportunity for passionate and skilled process safety professionals to join our dynamic and growing team, with potential for career growth within the organization.,
