Job Description

Role Overview: As a Ph.D. in Chemistry professional with 10-14 years of industrial R&D experience, your role will involve leading a team of chemists to drive new product development, process improvements, cost optimization, and quality enhancement. Your strong technical expertise, hands-on industrial exposure, and leadership skills will be crucial in managing R&D activities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of chemists to drive new product development, process improvements, cost optimization, and quality enhancement. - Utilize strong knowledge of Unit Operations in chemical R&D. - Conduct hands-on experience with high-pressure autoclaves, hydrogenation, chlorination, bromination, and moisture-sensitive products. - Oversee exposure to polymer catalysts and polymerization processes. - Proficient in literature search tools such as SciFinder, Reaxys, and Patents. - Lead new product development and process scale-up activities. - Ensure compliance with safety systems (HAZOP, PSSR, MSDS reviews, What-If analysis). - Guide the team on safe laboratory practices and hazard identification. - Prepare SOPs, technical documents, and project reports. Qualifications Required: - Ph.D. in Chemistry (mandatory). - MSc in Organic Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Inorganic Chemistry. - 10-14 years of relevant industrial R&D experience in chemical or allied industries. - Proven track record in process development, optimization, and technology transfer.,
