The ideal candidate for this role holds a PhD or ME MTECH in Chemical Engineering or Material Science, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience in the construction materials industry or a related field. You should have a strong understanding of process scale-up and optimization techniques, proficiency in statistical analysis, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel frequently and spend time at plant locations. Preferred skills for this position include experience in the construction materials space, familiarity with process engineering software and tools, and the ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple tasks.,
