Gulf Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our team and drive the full recruitment cycle for IT positions across the Domestic and Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Domestic and Gulf labor markets, visa requirements, and IT skillsets. You will work closely with hiring managers, sourcing the best tech talent locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Understand job requirements and technical skillsets (e.g., software development, networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing).
• Utilize job portals (e.g., Naukri, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, LinkedIn) and social media for proactive talent sourcing.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback between candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure compliance with Domestic and Gulf labor laws and visa regulations.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Stay up to date with technology trends and talent availability in the Gulf and Domestic region.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• Experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
• Familiarity with Gulf labor market dynamics, visa processing, and relocation procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office.
• Experience recruiting for clients in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar or Domestic.
