Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates.
Work on diverse roles across industries for Gulf clients.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal account managers.
Maintain databases and track candidate status through the hiring process.
Ensure timely closures and maintain high-quality standards in recruitment delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

2–4 years of experience in
Gulf recruitment
(mandatory).
Excellent communication and sourcing skills.
Strong understanding of job portals, LinkedIn, and social media hiring.
Proactive and target-driven individual.
