Gulf Recruiter

We at Mumbai Rozgaar are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling end-to-end recruitment processes with a strong focus on Gulf hiring. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing mid to senior-level positions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Specialize in Gulf hiring (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, etc.) must have a network and understanding of GCC hiring processes.

Source and screen resumes through job portals, social platforms, and internal databases.

Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.

Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Manage and mentor junior recruiters when required.

Prepare and present regular reports on hiring status to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

Mandatory experience in Gulf hiring.

Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools, portals, and sourcing strategies.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle multiple roles and work under pressure.

Must be residing in Navi Mumbai.
