If you have a knack for sourcing the right talent and a strong understanding of Gulf market needs, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Gulf clients across various industries.
Understand job requirements and source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per job specifications.
Coordinate interview schedules, collect necessary documents, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain candidate pipelines, reports, and meet defined hiring targets.

Candidate Profile:

1 to 6 years
of experience in recruitment (Gulf/overseas hiring preferred).
Strong knowledge of the Gulf market and visa/employment processes.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.
Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
Ability to meet recruitment targets within timelines.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
