Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
process for Gulf clients.
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, references, and databases
.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple job categories.
Ensure timely closures of requirements within deadlines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:
26 years in Gulf/Middle East recruitment (Mandatory).
Strong knowledge of
Gulf recruitment processes & visa requirements
.
Excellent sourcing & headhunting skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education

Any Graduate / Post Graduate (Preferred: MBA/PGDM in HR).
