Job Title: Gulf Recruiter Location: Hyderabad Industry: Recruitment / Staffing Experience: 6–8 years (Gulf recruitment experience 2 to 4 years) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Gulf Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles across the Gulf region, including but not limited to construction, healthcare, oil & gas, hospitality, and IT sectors. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies for Gulf-based roles Source candidates through job portals, social media, headhunting, and existing databases Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist candidates as per job specifications Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, both locally and internationally Ensure compliance with Gulf labor laws and visa regulations Maintain updated records of candidate pipelines and job requisitions Liaise with travel agents and medical centers for visa processing and deployment Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction Requirements: Proven experience in recruiting for the Gulf region Strong knowledge of GCC labor laws, visa processing, and recruitment documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) Preferred Skills: Experience recruiting for high-volume and blue-collar roles Arabic language skills (optional but preferred) Familiarity with portals like Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Indeed Gulf, and LinkedIn Show more Show less
