Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Expert to join our team at the front office in Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless guest service delivery.
Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in guest services.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
