Job Description

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associates to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional guest service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations and check-in/check-out processes.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaints.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest experience.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
