Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Guest Service Associate to join our team at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru, with 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage and coordinate laundry services for guests.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the laundry room.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of guest service principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
