Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Executive to join our team at Hyatt Regency. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the hotel management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to handle complex guest issues.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications is required.
