Guest Relations Executive

As a Front Desk Receptionist, your role involves welcoming guests during check-in and ensuring a fond farewell during checkout. You will handle guest complaints and concerns efficiently and in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing VIP guests" arrivals and departures. Your key responsibilities include: - Allocating rooms to all arriving guests - Maintaining up-to-date information on room rates, current promotions, offers, and packages - Coordinating with housekeeping for the clearing of rooms - Collecting guest feedback during departure, including their likes and dislikes - Performing basic cashier activities when required - Maintaining guest lockers for safe custody - Ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs without unnecessary delays or discomfort to any guest - Providing proper and complete handover to the next shift - Following the property rules and policies set by the management - Adhering to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience in a similar role preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including provided food and Provident Fund.
