Job Description

The role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing and screening CVs matching the client's skillset. You will conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews with managers and maintain trackers/MIS. Coordinating and scheduling daily line-ups to ensure positions are closed within defined turnaround time is crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for head hunting from various online portals, posting, updating, and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks. Coordination and management of accounts for multiple clients will also be part of your responsibilities. Handling HRMS, employee engagement, statutory compliances, grievances, and providing general admin support are key aspects of the role. This is a permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with the requirement to work in person at the specified location.,
