Job Description

The role of HR Data Management involves maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS to ensure accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations. You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end processes for onboarding new hires and offboarding employees, which includes documentation and compliance tracking. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that HR policies and procedures adhere to labor laws and company regulations to support audits and compliance checks. As an HR Data Management professional, you will respond to HR inquiries from onshore employees, assisting with issue resolution and clarification of HR policies. You will also be responsible for generating HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support business decisions. Furthermore, you will be expected to identify areas for efficiency enhancement in HR operations and contribute to automation and workflow improvements. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will assist with performance management tracking, training coordination, and HR engagement initiatives as part of Talent Management Support. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work at the designated location. Benefits for this role include Provident Fund.,
