Job Description

As an HR Operations professional, you will be responsible for managing and executing day-to-day HR processes to ensure the smooth functioning of HR systems, compliance, and employee services. Your role will involve acting as a bridge between employees and management to effectively implement policies. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain employee records and HR databases. - Manage the employee life cycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits. - Prepare various HR letters such as offer, appointment, experience, and relieving letters. - Ensure accurate attendance and leave management. - Handle reimbursements and full & final settlements. - Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance. - Maintain HR policies and support audits. - Assist in drafting and updating HR policies. - Address employee queries related to HR operations. - Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling. - Conduct induction and orientation sessions. - Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System). - Generate and analyze HR reports on attrition, headcount, etc. - Support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives. - Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for HR-related processes. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance. - Proficiency in HR software / HRMS. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications required, you will also be responsible for cell phone reimbursement. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
