Core Responsibilities:-

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Execute complete onboarding process including offer documentation, background verification (BVG), joining formalities, and induction coordination
  • Manage employee exits including resignation processing, full & final settlement coordination, exit interviews, and clearance formalities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee master data in HRMS

Background Verification (BVG)

  • Initiate and track employee background verification checks
  • Coordinate with BVG vendors and follow up on pending reports
  • Address discrepancies and ensure closure before confirmation

HR Documentation & Policies

  • Issue HR letters (appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, warning, exit letters)
  • Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee records

Payroll & Compensation Support

  • Collect and validate monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions
  • Coordinate with HRBPs payroll inputs to ensure timely and error-free payroll processing
  • Address employee queries related to salary, payslips, tax declarations, and reimbursements

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor daily attendance and leave records through HRMS
  • Resolve discrepancies in attendance, leave balance, and shift records
  • Generate monthly attendance and leave reports

Compliance & Statutory Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, gratuity, and Shops & Establishment Act
  • Maintain statutory registers and employee records
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required HR documentation

Employee Relations & Support

  • Act as first-level HR support for employee queries and concerns
  • Assist in resolving employee issues related to HR operations
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare and circulate HR MIS reports including headcount, attrition, payroll, compliance, and attendance
  • Analyze HR data and highlight trends or discrepancies
  • Maintain dashboards for management review

Preference & Experience :

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle
  • Familiarity with HRMS and payroll systems
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience in handling audits and compliance
  • Advanced Excel or HR analytics skills
  • Experience in fast-paced or multi-location organizations

Academic Qualifications :

  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
