Executive - HR Operations

As an HR Data Management specialist, your role will involve maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS to ensure accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end processes for onboarding new hires and offboarding employees, including documentation and compliance tracking. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring HR policies and procedures adhere to labor laws and company regulations to support audits and compliance checks - Responding to HR inquiries from onshore employees, assisting with issue resolution and HR policy clarification - Generating HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support business decisions - Identifying areas for efficiency enhancement in HR operations and contributing to automation and workflow enhancements - Assisting with performance management tracking, training coordination, and HR engagement initiatives Qualifications required for this role: - Proficiency in HRIS and data management systems - Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze data and generate reports - Experience in process improvement and automation is a plus This full-time position offers benefits including Provident Fund.
