Job Description

As an Executive - HR Operations at our organization, your role will involve crucial responsibilities to support the operational functions. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Handle on-boarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits. - Maintain and update employee records and files. - Ensure smooth exit formalities and full & final settlements. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and HRIS. - Generate reports, dashboards, and HR metrics as required. - Manage attendance, leave, and time sheet data. - Support administration of employee benefits and reimbursements. - Ensure HR processes comply with labour laws and internal policies. - Maintain HR-related statutory records and coordinate audits. - Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries. - Provide operational support for employee engagement activities. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven management and supervisory experience in HR operations - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders - Proficiency in HRIS and ATS, with experience in systems such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft - Solid data analysis and presentation skills to support HR initiatives - In-depth knowledge of human resources practices and principles This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
