We are seeking an immediate opening for Executive - HR Operations with 2-4 Years of exp. to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the operational functions of the organisation. Handle on-boarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits. Maintain and update employee records and files. Ensure smooth exit formalities and full & final settlements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and HRIS. Generate reports, dashboards, and HR metrics as required. Coordinate with finance/payroll team for monthly payroll inputs. Manage attendance, leave, and time sheet data. Support administration of employee benefits and reimbursements. Ensure HR processes comply with labour laws and internal policies. Maintain HR-related statutory records and coordinate audits. Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries. Provide operational support for employee engagement activities. Proven management and supervisory experience in HR operations Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders Proficiency in HRIS and ATS, with experience in systems such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft Solid data analysis and presentation skills to support HR initiatives In-depth knowledge of human resources practices and principles Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
