The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and maximizing service sales within the Business Centre and across the wider portfolio. Key duties include conducting client viewings, maintaining broker relationships, prospecting local markets, achieving occupancy targets, and updating the sales database. The role requires strong business development skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, be computer literate, and capable of managing multiple client needs effectively. Coordination with the Sales Manager, operations team, and head office Direct Sales team is essential.
