Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Mumbai. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring a warm, professional, and courteous welcome to all guests, addressing their needs and preferences to enhance their experience. The role involves managing guest inquiries, coordinating with other departments for guest requirements, handling reservations, and performing receptionist duties. Additionally, the Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for sales activities related to guest services and amenities. Qualifications Guest Relations and Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills Sales skills and experience in up-selling services Experience with Receptionist Duties Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred
