Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient room preparation and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the hospitality team to achieve high standards of customer service.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest relations or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of hospitality software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
