Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all walk-in customers with a warm smile and courteous welcome.
Understand customer needs quickly and route them to the appropriate Sales Executive.
Maintain a queue management system and ensure smooth customer flow during busy hours.
Offer beverages or comfort services (like seating) while customers wait.
Manage the welcome desk, maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams for smooth customer handover.
Assist in collecting feedback from customers post-visit.
Maintain customer engagement during peak wait times, ensuring customer satisfaction is not compromised.
Maintain records of footfall and share basic data with the Store Manager when required.
Adhere to Tanishqs grooming standards, code of conduct, and customer service policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and regional language preferred)
Pleasing personality and professional appearance
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
Basic computer skills (for logging entries or queue management)

Qualifications:

Minimum (Higher Secondary);
1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality

Working Conditions:

Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
Standing for extended periods may be required
Uniforms and grooming guidelines to be strictly followed as per brand standards
