Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relation Executive, located in Sadar. The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, handling customer service inquiries, assisting with sales, and performing receptionist duties. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting guests, addressing customer concerns, coordinating with different departments to enhance the guest experience, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient reception area.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations and Receptionist Duties skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and techniques
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
